Folly Beach Golf Carts
Folly Beach Golf Cart is the island's go-to golf cart rental and service company. We focus on reliable operations, strong systems, and delivering a great customer experience every time.
We are looking for a Retail Manager to oversee daily rental operations and ensure smooth, professional service at our location.
This role is hands-on and fast-paced, especially during peak season.
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow business operations
- Direct team and manage day-to-day task distribution
- Develop sales strategies and growth programs
- Oversee sales forecasting and budget performance
- Evaluate and improve team performance
- Train and coach team to drive high performance
What We're Looking For
We are intentionally keeping this simple.
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Team supervision experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Available to work weekends and peak season hours
No golf cart experience required. We will train the right person.
