Join a fast growing franchise today!Tropical Smoothie Cafe, one of the fastest growing chains is searching for Assistant Managers that want to work towards being a General Manager for our Utah Locations.We are looking for passionate and experienced Assistant Managers to lead a team that produces a Quality, Hot, Fresh and Consistent product to our loyal customers. Assistant managers must be able to manager team members, must be accountable for day to day operations of their location. You must be able to work under stress, also in a fast paced environment while maintaining health and safety procedures. If you are driven for success this is the job for you!!Applicants Qualities2+ years management experience18 years or older

Must have a passion for product quality and providing a positive customer service experience

Lift up to 50lbsInventory ManagementHandle customer complaints with a positive attitude
