In early 2026 we are bring hot bagels to The Villages! Jeff’s Bagel Run is spreading across Florida, bringing scratch-made bagels, joyful energy, and true community spirit. We’re looking for a driven, people-loving leader to build a high-performing team! We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to support our Villages location. If you’re energized by leading from the front, developing teams, and creating exceptional guest experiences every single day, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As the Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the store and our company. You’ll help guide day-to-day operations, support and develop the team, and ensure every guest who walks through our doors feels the Jeff’s Bagel Run warmth.

You will:

  • Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, consistent execution.

  • Lead shifts with confidence—setting the tone, maintaining energy, and keeping the team focused.

  • Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing hospitality and operational standards.

  • Act as the primary support to the General Manager, helping implement goals and company initiatives.

  • Ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, food quality, and service are consistently met.

  • Assist with inventory, receiving, prep systems, and organization to keep the store running efficiently.

  • Step in to solve problems quickly and calmly in fast-paced moments.

  • Uphold company policies and ensure proper handling of cash, discounts, and daily procedures.

  • Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.

  • Jump in wherever needed—we are working managers and lead side-by-side with our teams.
