Assistant General Manager – Club Pilates Little Tokyo

What You’ll Do

As our Assistant General Manager, you’ll be both a sales leader and a culture builder:

Drive studio growth by leading the sales process from first lead to lifelong member.
Inspire and coach a small but mighty sales team to crush goals together.
Build connections in the local community through events, networking, and grassroots marketing.
Deliver an unforgettable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Keep operations running smoothly by scheduling staff, organizing the studio, and making sure every class feels polished and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For

Sales Rockstar: 2+ years of sales experience (fitness sales a big plus).
People Person: Loves building relationships, both in person and on the phone.
Leader at Heart: Supervisory or management experience preferred.
Fitness Enthusiast: Bonus points if you’re passionate about health, fitness, or Pilates.
Go-Getter: Competitive, motivated, and results-driven. You see goals and go after them.
Flexible schedule with availability on nights and weekends.
