We’re looking for a highenergy Assistant Manager to help lead our fastpaced, sportsdriven bar. If you thrive in a lively environment, love building great guest experiences, and know how to keep operations running smoothly on game day, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily bar and floor operations
Support hiring, training, and coaching staff
Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and safety
Assist with inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
Drive sales during major sporting events
Step in as acting manager when needed
What You Bring
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in hospitality or bar/restaurant management
Ability to stay calm and organized during peak rushes
