Assistant Manager/ On Demand Specialist

Ben & Jerry's - Providence, RI

$20-24/hour (includes tips)

Ready to level up your leadership? We're hiring a hands-on Assistant Manager to help run our Providence shop. You'll support the Shop Manager, lead shifts, coach the team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead shifts and support daily operations
  • Coach and motivate team members
  • Oversee cash handling, inventory & food safety
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Help with scheduling, training, and shop standards
  • Manage and fulfill delivery orders (DoorDash, Uber Eats) with speed and accuracy

What We're Looking For:

  • Leadership experience (restaurant/retail preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Open availability (weekends & nights required)
  • Positive, team-first attitude
