Job Description

The Assistant Marketing Manager for Marketing and Events will support the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns and events that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role bridges strategic marketing initiatives with hands-on event coordination, ensuring our brand delivers exceptional experiences both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events such as product launches, trade shows, promotional activations, and corporate events.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, PR, creative) and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Track budgets, timelines, and logistics to optimize marketing and event ROI.

  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and event collateral.

  • Help manage social media and offline promotional activities tied to events and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, event management, or brand promotion.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency with marketing tools, event software, and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
