Job Description
Fields Auto Group is seeking an Office Manager for our Bellevue location to join our dynamic dealership family to provide luxury experience to both our internal and external customers! Our goal is to provide the best customer experience and create life-long relationships.

Responsibilities
- Manages and oversees office staff, including hiring, coaching, counseling, disciplining, terminating, etc.
- Oversight of accounting function and related information
- Responsible for all aspects of general ledger
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reports
- Processes payroll and tax liabilities
- Oversees vendor management and outsourcing
- Issues timely and complete financial statements
- Complies with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filing
- Inspect accounting records and schedules for efficiency and accuracy
- Organize and update financial records
- Perform various monthly reconciliations
- Assist in preparing documentation for external auditors
- Performs other duties or projects as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the auto industry preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience with business applications and accounting software
- Excellent communication skill, verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors and staff
- Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Encouraging process development
- Available to work flexible hours
