The RoleWe are looking for a compassionate, organized, and proactive Assistant Office Manager to help us keep things running smoothly. What You’ll Do
- Support the Team: Act as the backbone of our office operations, providing daily support to our administrative staff and field team.
- Coordinate Care: Assist in scheduling, matching clients with the right caregivers, and managing daily logistics to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Communication: Serve as a friendly point of contact for clients, caregivers, and family members, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Operational Excellence: Help maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and streamline office tasks to keep the agency running efficiently.
