PERSONAL TRAINING MANAGER JOB DUTIES

Responsible for managing and maintaining personal training staff at assigned location(s)
Interview, onboard, and develop personal trainers and fitness consultants
Drive sales and sessions and client retention
Hold performance meetings and workshops with staff

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR PERSONAL TRAINING MANAGER

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years experience in management
Personal training certification preferred, but not required

The ideal candidate should be willing to work beyond their knowledge base and be energized by new challenges, maintain a positive work environment, engage the personal training staff and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
