We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager 1 (Entry Level) for our site development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change logs)
- Track schedules, daily reports, and quantities
- Support budgeting and cost tracking
- Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors
- Attend project meetings and take notes
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years in construction or site development
- Can manage small tasks independently
- Understands basic cost codes, schedules, and contracts
- Understanding of site development phases
- Strong communication and organization
- Demonstrates reliability and initiative
- Accurate documentation
