Job Description

We're looking for candidates with residential sales experience (solar, pest control, internet, security, home improvement). No degree, water experience, or formal sales training is required. What You'll Get

$80,000 to $150,000 per year
Paid, structured training on water quality, our products, and our in-home sales process. ($1,000 per week)
Ongoing coaching and sales mentorship from a team with over 45 years of experience

What You Need:

Great rapport-building skills
Valid driver's license, comfortable with evening appointments

What You'll Do:

Run pre-scheduled daily appointments in customers' homes
A steady stream of company-generated leads
Freedom to produce new leads through referrals, events, and networking, so you’re never capped on income
Perform professional water quality analysis using EPA-approved testing
Design customized Culligan water treatment solutions solving real household problems (hard water damage, scale buildup, contamination concerns)
Close same-day using a consultative approach (complete training provided)
