Employment Type: Full timeLocation: San Diego, CAThe Mechanical ConstructionAssistant Project Managerfor the San Diego CA location has the following duties which include safety of field personnel assigned to the projects, field labor productivity, quality assurance and coordination, project financial projections and reporting, material, and equipment procurement, change order management, owner/client relations, project cash flow, and personnel management. Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, executed plans, and programs. Other duties may be assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must prioritize in a fast paced, multi-task environment.
Must have demonstrated ability to perform basic business mathematical functions.
Must work with minimal supervision.Must effectively manage time and details.
Must interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Must have organizational skills in handling & archiving technical data.
