Job Description

One of Wisconsin's fastest growign construction businesses is seekign an assistant project manager to join their team, and grow with the firm for the long-term future. In this role you will have more responsbility than a typical APM role, and will have a quicker growth path to running projects as the lead. Description

  • Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking all phases of commercial construction projects.
  • Assist with scheduling, progress reporting, and maintaining project timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of labor and materials.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to verify scope, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Help manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and logs.
  • Monitor site activities to support quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to plans.
  • Assist with budget tracking, cost control, and preparation of pay applications.
  • Communicate regularly with the project team, consultants, and clients to support issue resolution.

Profile

  • 1+ year of commercial construction experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to act as a main point of contact for key clients
  • Passion for construction

Job Offer

  • Base salary of $70K-$90K, dependent on qualifications
  • Yearly bonus of 10% of base salary
  • Yearly profit sharing contribution of an additional 10% of base salary
