Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of commercial construction projects up to $10M.

Description

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects up to $10M.
  • Support project managers in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain project schedules and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts and reports.
  • Assist in resolving project-related issues and challenges as they arise.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
