Assistant Project ManagerA design/Build General Contractor (also operates as an OPM firm), based in Warwick RI, is looking for a seasoned Assistant Project Manager to join their team! First project is in Providence RI (public building) and the APM will be onsite. Their project portfolio includes Public, Corporate, Healthcare, Academic, Historic Renos, & more.The right APM has the following qualifications:3+ years of APM experience

Ideally has CM at Risk background

Project background in public work

Construction related degree

Proficient in: Excel, MS, Bluebeam, ProcoreCommutable to RIWhat's on offer:Base salary up to $115KBonus plan, 401K, ESOPVehicle allowance $500/month + mileage reimbursement (IRS rates)Company cell phone + laptop
