Job Description

Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager's responsibilities include:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets, resources, and project progress.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to address project needs and resolve issues.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
Support the management of on-site activities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Conduct regular site visits to track progress and ensure quality standards are met.
Assist in reviewing and approving subcontractor invoices and change orders.
Contribute to fostering a positive team environment and maintaining strong client relationships.
