We are partnering with a well‑established, rapidly growing GC to identify an Assistant Project Manager for a major $75M airport terminal renovation at TF Green Airport. This is a high‑visibility role supporting a complex, multi‑year public project with significant change‑order management.Client DetailsOur client is a reputable, family‑owned construction firm with 20+ years in the industry, specializing in design‑build, ground‑up, and interior renovation projects across hospitality, retail, aviation, education, and commercial sectors. They were recently recognized as a Top Place to Work in 2024 and are expanding into larger, more complex projects including this flagship aviation program.DescriptionSupport the delivery of a $75M, 18-24 month aviation terminal renovation at TF Green Airport.Manage extensive and detailed change orders
Assist the project team with RFIs, submittals, budgeting, financial tracking, and document control.Work closely with a team of multiple PMs and a PX, reporting directly to the project leadership.Coordinate closely with subcontractors, vendors, and airport stakeholders on a fast‑paced public project.Maintain accurate project documentation using Procore and other internal systems.Contribute to schedule updates, procurement tracking, and compliance requirements for public-sector work.Provide ongoing project support both in the office and on-site, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.Profile3-7+ years of experience in construction project coordination or APM roles.Background in aviation, transportation, public work, or general commercial projects preferred.Strong financial acumen and exceptional attention to detail with paperwork.Ability to handle large and complex change‑order packages confidently.Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office.Strong communication, organization, and team‑collaboration skills.Must live within 45 minutes of West Bridgewater, MA and be comfortable traveling to Warwick, RI as needed.Job OfferCompetitive compensation, considering strong candidates up to $125K.Strong company culture with leadership that promotes from within.Opportunity to work on one of the company's largest and most high‑profile projects to date.Full benefits package, 401(k), PTO, and mileage reimbursement (with a travel allowance program currently in development).Frequent team events, annual reviews at 45/90 days and 1 year, and clear growth pathways.A supportive, family‑oriented working environment where everyone-from VP to coordinators-is treated equally.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
