Assistant Project Manager- Healthcare Construction

Job Description

Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising healthcare construction projects. Collaborate with project managers to track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment. Support contract administration and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and progress reports. Oversee on-site activities to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Identify and resolve potential project issues in a timely manner. Facilitate regular project meetings to provide updates and address concerns.
