Job Description

Assistant Project Manager- Healthcare

The Assistant Project Manager- Healthcare will:

Support Project Managers on occupied healthcare, life science, and institutional construction projects.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement processes.
Assist with project budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking.
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation and reporting within Procore.
Participate in client meetings and overall project communication.
Help deliver projects valued from $10M to $300M+.

A successful Assistant Project Manager- Healthcare should have:

2-5+ years of construction experience in an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer position.
Experience with healthcare, hospital, life science, laboratory, pharma, public facility, or occupied projects preferred.
Exposure to projects valued at $10M+ is desirable.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Procore experience preferred but not required.
Ability to commute throughout the Greater Boston region.
