Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
Manage contracts, change orders, and cost control
Communicate progress, risks, and updates to clients and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with codes, permits, and regulatory requirements

Strong ability to coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and controlling project costs
Excellent communication skills with clients, stakeholders, and field teams
Deep understanding of building codes, permitting, and safety regulations
Hands-on leadership style with a focus on quality, efficiency, and problem-solvingDemonstrated ability to manage fast-paced, multi-phase construction environments
Proficient in interpreting drawings, managing change orders, and resolving site issues
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project documentation
Committed to maintaining a positive jobsite culture and driving projects to timely completion
