Project Coordinator
A well-established design-build contractor with 20+ years of experience delivering healthcare, commercial, industrial, and residential projects. The organization is known for collaborative project delivery, strong client relationships, and a quality-driven approach.
Job Description
Support Project Managers with daily project coordination. Track schedules, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Assist with budgeting and cost reporting activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Help ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.

The Successful Applicant
Experience in construction project coordination or management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of construction processes and documentation. Eagerness to learn and develop into a Project Manager.
What's on Offer
Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 + bonus + benefits. 80% employer-paid healthcare coverage. Every other Friday off. PTO and 401(k).
