Job Description

Assistant Project ManagerA design/Build General Contractor (also operates as an OPM firm), based in Warwick RI, is looking for a seasoned APM to join their team! First project is in Providence RI (public building) and the APM will be onsite. Their project portfolio includes Public, Corporate, Healthcare, Academic, Historic Renos, & more.Job DescriptionOnsite in Providence RIAssisting with day-to-day project activities

Maximizing project efficiency and profitability

Performing duties as directed by Senior Management, Project Executive and/or Project ManagerAssisting and developing working relationships with team, owner, subcontractors, and vendors

Managing and coordinating submittal/procurement & RFI processes

Coordinating all Document controls and drawing markups, in accordance with the company SOPImplementing and overseeing the field staffs tracking

Coordinating Procore reporting

Assisting and coordinating with project closeout

Ideally has CM at Risk background

Project background in public work

Construction related degree
