Known for its strong culture, collaborative environment, and consistent pipeline, the company offers long-term growth and excellent work-life balance.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Support the Project Manager in daily onsite construction operations
Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities
Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
Utilize Procore for project management and documentation tracking
Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate reporting
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications

Experience on public, academic, or commercial projects preferred
Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite project environment
