They deliver projects across multiple markets including healthcare, commercial, senior living/multifamily, restaurant/retail which allows for a diverse project pipeline. Job Description
Assist in managing all phases of custom home and luxury new construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Monitor project progress and address any potential issues to ensure quality standards are maintained. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Support the procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites. Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements. Communicate project updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

The Successful Applicant
2-3+ years of construction industry experience Experience working on projects $200K - $10M Construction related or engineering degree preferred Proficient in Procore
