The hiring company is a well-established, medium-sized organization in the General Contracting space that has specialized in Healthcare and institutional projects in Boston and NH for over the past 100 years. They specialize in delivering high-quality construction projects, that are ground up, additions, and renovations, with a focus on healthcare and occupied environments for some of the most well known medical facilities in the area.
Job Description
Oversee and assist on construction projects within healthcare facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within healthcare environments.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Prepare detailed project reports and present updates to stakeholders.
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Healthcare/Occupied - Project Manager should have:
Proven experience managing construction projects, particularly in healthcare or occupied environments.
Strong understanding of construction processes and regulatory requirements within the healthcare industry.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
A track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances effectively.
