This role supports the delivery of wood‑frame multifamily project breaking ground imminently. Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Assisting with cost control, change management, and progress tracking
Ensuring on-site activities align with safety, quality, and program requirements
Collaborating closely with design, construction, and internal stakeholder teams ProfileA successful Assistant Project Manager should have:4-7 years' experience in construction project management or field operations
Background in new construction, ideally wood-frame multifamily
Alternative experience considered: new-build hotel or commercial projects
Comfortable working 100% on-siteStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
