Job DescriptionManage project submittals, RFIs, and document control processes

Track procurement activities and material deliveries

Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders

Assist Project Managers with project administration, scheduling, and reporting

Approximately 3 years of construction experience

Experience managing submittals, RFIs, procurement tracking, and project documentation

Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills

Healthcare construction experience preferred

Experience working for a General Contractor preferred
