$20-22/hr + Tips | Weekly Pay

As an Assistant Restaurant Leader, you're a key part of the crew - making great coffee and serving guests - while supporting the Manager in keeping the store running smoothly. What you'll do:

  • Work the floor and serve guests
  • Train newer crew and help them get up to speed
  • Keep Dunkin' standards, recipes, and systems on point
  • Support the Manager with daily operations, orders, and cost control
  • Help keep the store safe, clean, and stocked
  • Handle cash accurately and follow cash-management procedures
  • Step in to support the team when the Manager is out

  • Some leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • Reliability and steady energy under a rush
  • A valid Maine driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Basic computer and math skills
