We're looking for a passionate, guest-centered Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our award-winning 360 Grille team. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high standards of service, and oversee a motivated team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of 360 Grille, ensuring efficient service, exceptional food quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, to provide a high level of service.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that guests receive an outstanding dining experience by maintaining a positive atmosphere, resolving guest complaints, and upholding company standards.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and dining areas.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with other departments within the resort to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
