Job Description

Taco John's Columbus is seeking to hire an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager.

We offer a great starting wage, free meals, medical insurance and a complete benefit package after 60 days, paid vacations, management outings, contests and special incentives! Currently offering a hiring bonus of 1,500!

As an Assistant Manager your primary focus will be to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a positive guest experience, uphold brand standards, motivate and develop team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of restaurant management experience. Fast-food experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to work a consistent schedule that includes up to 3 nights and weekends.
