Are you a hospitality professional who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? Domenico's Italian Chophouse at Truffle Pig Winery is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house operations alongside the management team.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire staff to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Ensure exceptional food, beverage, and service standards are consistently met.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable experiences.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
- Monitor labor, inventory, and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with the culinary team to ensure seamless service.
- Support winery events, wine dinners, concerts, and special promotions.
- Promote Truffle Pig wines, Wine Club memberships, and upcoming events.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to lead in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- California Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
