WHAT YOU BRING
- Preferably 3+ years F&B supervisory experience
- ServSafe certified (preferred)
- Excellent organization, communication & time‑management skills
YOUR IMPACT AS AN ASSISTANT RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
As our Assistant Restaurant Supervisor, you are the backbone of F&B operations. You keep service smooth, food consistent, and the team energized.
You will:
- Arrive on time and prepared according to occupancy
- Model hospitality excellence aligned with Hilton & Western States Lodging values
- Join operational meetings and strengthen communication
- Supervise F&B associates and manage food order coordination
- Oversee food prep, cooking, plating & temperature checks
- Step into kitchen duties when needed
- Create daily/weekly staffing schedules
- Track and code expenses accurately
- Order food supplies & kitchen equipment
- Train and develop both FOH and BOH team members
- Maintain inventory based on occupancy and standards
- Ensure safe food storage and sanitation compliance
- Process vendor payments
- Conduct end‑of‑month beverage inventory
- Assist RM with monthly food inventory
