Assistant Showroom Manager | Eden Prairie, MNWorking Style: In Showroom | Full Time This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join a talented team. You will help shape others' success while honing your leadership skills with one of the companys most capable and respected leaders. Were seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our clients showroom. In this supportive and hands-on role, youll work closely with the Store Leader to drive daily operations and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Youll play a key part in team development by fostering a positive and collaborative environment, offering consistent feedback, and helping to cultivate a culture of growth. Client satisfaction is at the core of what you do. Youll lead by example, ensuring the team delivers an exceptional experience with every interaction. You'll assist in meeting sales goals and performance metrics through thoughtful execution, problem-solving, and day-to-day decision-making. Your ability to adapt, stay organized, and manage competing priorities will be critical in keeping operations smooth and efficient. The company deals in luxury, but doesnt do 'stuffy.' They manage some of the highest ticket volumes in the industry, requiring a sharp mind and a sophisticated touch. However, they pride themselves on being a group of genuine, kind, and hardworking people who believe that the best luxury experience is one where the customer feels seen, not just sold to.Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent industry experience
- 2+ years of previous assistant manager, team leader, or management experience highly sought after
- Experience with luxury/large ticket products highly sought after
- Experience managing in a commission atmosphere highly sought after
- Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and AI (Gemini, Chat GPT) skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain quality relationships with team members, clients, and other internal customers
