Waves Express Car Wash is seeking a motivated, customer-focused leader to join our management team as an Assistant Manager. If you enjoy leading people, delivering exceptional customer service, and building a successful team, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operation of one of our express car wash locations. You will work alongside the Site Manager to create an outstanding customer experience, coach and develop team members, drive Wash Club membership sales, and ensure the location operates safely, efficiently, and profitably.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Create a positive, high-energy work environment focused on teamwork and accountability
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Drive revenue by promoting and selling Wash Club memberships
- Assist in achieving sales, membership, and operational goals
- Open and close the car wash according to company procedures
- Load vehicles safely and efficiently into the wash tunnel
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary
- Assist in managing labor, operating expenses, and overall site performance
- Ensure all company policies, safety procedures, and operating standards are followed
- Support business development and community engagement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
- Previous management or leadership experience is preferred
- Previous express car wash management experience is strongly preferred
- Candidates without car wash experience may be considered for our Manager-in-Training program
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
- A desire to build a long-term career with a growing company
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Availability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends

Location
Final placement may be at any of our Upstate locations. Candidates should be willing to travel between locations as needed during training.
