Be part of the customer/sales associate experience creating a welcoming and inclusive culture. The Keyholder role will allow you to use your prior selling and supervisory experience to carry out essential sales and opening/closing functions including: cash reconciliation, distribution of daily sales goals, KPI reminders, store safety, customer issue resolution, new hire support, operational tasks, and other miscellaneous leadership duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.Key Ingredients- The Successful Assistant Manager Candidate

  • 2+ years of prior supervisory experience.
  • Possesses strong service orientation

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Organization and Time Management skills.
