Description
The Assistant Super is responsible for:
- Assisting the Superintendent in managing day‑to‑day onsite operations on projects up to $15M
- Coordinating & overseeing subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards
- Conducting daily jobsite walks to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and overall progress
- Maintaining & updating daily logs, reports, and site documentation
- Assisting with managing inspections, punch lists, and project closeout processes
- Enforcing company and project safety programs to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
- Upholding company image / professionalism
- Onsite daily (CT projects)
Profile
The Assistant Super will have:
- 2-5+ years of on-site experience working on ground up construction projects
- Experience with Procore and other construction softwares
- Strong working knowledge of building codes, ordinances, and safety regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
