Job Description

Assistant SuperintendentThis developer focuses on the development of its employees, career growth, and leadership opportunities. They have continuously generated high levels of revenue in Denver, and are looking for an Assistant Superintendent with at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry. With experience in Procore and punch lists.Job DescriptionAssisting the senior team members in running/managing project focusing on back end of project

Overseeing subcontractors and full construction project on a daily basis

Coordinating subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods

Establishing and maintaining an effective and professional on-site working relationship with owners, architects, consulting engineers and other parties related to the project

Previous experience in commercial or multifamily projects preferred

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and other documents

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to learn and take on larger responsibilities

Work with others as a team player

Sufficiency in Procore is highly preferred with punch lists experience
