Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Superintendent in managing all on-site construction activities from start to finishSupport coordination and supervision of subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelHelp maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are metMonitor daily jobsite operations including safety, quality control, and productivityConduct site walks to ensure work is performed in accordance with plans and specificationsAssist with logistics planning, material deliveries, and site organizationParticipate in subcontractor meetings and help drive accountability on-siteTrack and report project progress, identifying and escalating potential issues earlyEnforce company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite

Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience in commercial construction (field or project engineering experience preferred)Exposure to ground-up or industrial/commercial projects is a plusBasic understanding of construction means & methods, sequencing, and schedulingAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented field environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsWillingness to learn and grow into a lead Superintendent role

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent field experience)OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
