The Assistant Super is responsible for:Assisting with maintaining the project schedule and controlling costs.Proactively identify and strategically solving problems with minimal executive oversight.Maintaining compliance with construction codes, and safety and government regulations.Helping oversee internal and external team members, including subcontractors.Organizing project records including subcontracts, change orders, permits and drawings.Building strong relationships with clients/owners, subcontractors and inspection authorities
