This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent to join a nationally established construction manager as part of its expanding Raleigh team. The role will support a public‑sector CMaR project in Fayetteville and offers long‑term growth within a collaborative, 'all hands on deck' culture.Client DetailsOur client is a well‑established construction manager with over 90 years of history and a strong reputation for delivering high‑profile public and institutional projects. The Raleigh office launched in 2023 and is focused on CMaR delivery across healthcare, higher education, K‑12, and civic projects throughout North Carolina.DescriptionSupport construction of a new 11,000 SF CMaR public‑sector facility
Assist with daily site operations, scheduling, and coordination
Support project controls, documentation, and reporting
Work closely with field leadership and project executives
Utilize construction technology platforms similar to ProcoreProfileA successful Assistant Superintendent - Public Sector CMaR should have:2+ years of construction experience
Degree preferred but not required
Open to hybrid PE / APM / Assistant Superintendent backgrounds
Experience with project controls preferred
Tech‑savvy and comfortable with construction management software
Background with Top ENR contractors strongly preferred
Motivated by growth and excited to help build a new regional office
Job OfferSalary: $85,000-$110,000 baseESOP profit‑sharing program
