Assistant SuperintendentThe Assistant Superintendent will:Assist with overseeing daily construction operations to ensure project milestones and schedules are achieved.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain project progress.Monitor jobsite safety and support enforcement of company and regulatory safety standards.Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and project documentation management.Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to proactively resolve field issues.Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout all phases of construction.Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate progress, identify challenges, and recommend solutions.Assist in managing subcontractor performance and field coordination activities.Support project leadership in maintaining schedule commitments and delivering successful outcomes.Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to field personnel while fostering a collaborative team environment.The Assistant Superintendent will receive:Compensation up to $130K plus an annual discretionary bonus.100% company-paid healthcare premiums for individuals and families with low deductibles.Opportunity to build high-profile projects ranging from $60M to $200M+ in value.Unlimited PTO, seven paid holidays, and a people-first company culture.401(k) with company match and strong long-term career advancement opportunities.A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:4+ years of experience with a general contractor.Experience on construction projects valued at $60M+.Background in multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, or similar commercial project types.Strong understanding of field operations, scheduling, safety, and subcontractor coordination.Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and trade partners.
