Job Description

Construction Site Manager

Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project progress and resolve any issues. Assist in reviewing plans and specifications for project execution. Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project requirements. Track and document daily progress, providing updates to project managers as needed. Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety standards are upheld. Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and stakeholders. Support the Superintendent in managing labor, materials, and equipment on-site.

Experience working on large projects, Healthcare and Occupied experience preferred. 3+ years of construction experience. Ability to effectively lead and communicate with owners and peers. Eager to grow into a lead superintendent. Ability to travel within Boston as needed. Exceptional organization, time-management and leadership skills.
