DescriptionThe Assistant Superintendent will:Assist in managing daily construction site operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise promptly.Support the Superintendent in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and project reports.Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulations.Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among all on-site personnel.ProfileA successful Assistant Superintendent should have:Experience in construction project coordination or management within the property industry.Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.Proficiency in using construction management software and tools is a plus.Job OfferThe Assistant Superintendent will receive:Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 USD.Comprehensive benefits package including 100% employer paid healthcare.401K, PTO, sick time & more
