• Job DescriptionThe Assistant Super is responsible for:Overseeing all field operations, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.Coordinating, directing, and supervising subcontractors and direct labor on-site.Ensuring compliance with safety, schedule, quality control, and cost control standards.Developing and maintaining the site logistics plan, ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of the project.Assisting in developing, updating, and maintaining the overall project schedule.Leading weekly foreman and safety meetings to ensure team alignment and safety adherence.Attending and contributing to weekly owner meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Ground-up or renovation experience on projects $20M+Ideally within public, academic, or K-12 construction

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Massachusetts Unrestricted Supervisor's LicenseExperience using Procore or other construction management software

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
