Description Key ResponsibilitiesAs Assistant Superintendent, you will report into a Senior Superintendent and work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. You will play a visible role on site, supporting day-to-day operations and building strong relationships with subcontractors and inspectors.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the planning, coordination and execution of construction activities on site

Assisting with site logistics, sequencing and short-term scheduling

Monitoring subcontractor performance, productivity and quality of work

Ensuring safety standards are upheld and site compliance is maintained

Coordinating inspections and supporting close-out activities

Acting as a key point of contact on site in the absence of the Superintendent Profile The Successful ApplicantFor the Assistant Superintendent role, we are seeking:Experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Foreman or similar site-based role

Exposure to commercial, municipal or education projects is highly desirableA hands-on approach with the ability to work independently without micromanagement
