Job Detailsan Assistant Superintendent, you'll work directly with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily field operations on commercial roofing projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and manpower
• Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with company and OSHA standards
• Monitor production schedules and help maintain project timelines
• Perform quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and site records
• Communicate with project managers, customers, and field crews regarding project progress
• Help resolve field issues and maintain a productive jobsite

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing field operations
• Experience assisting with reroof and/or new construction roofing projects
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and metal roofing preferred
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and project schedules
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Experience:

• Commercial reroofing
• New construction roofing
• Waterproofing and building envelope systems
• Schools, hospitals, industrial, manufacturing, multifamily, or public works projects
• Managing subcontractors and multiple active jobsites
