Assistant Teacher

Job Summary  Are you passionate about working with children and helping them grow? Butterfly Bunch Early Childhood Center is looking for a dedicated and energetic Assistant Child Care Teacher to join our team. In this role, you’ll work alongside lead teachers to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where children can thrive.Responsibilities  - Assist with implementing daily lesson plans and activities that support children's development.- Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.- Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and learning activities.- Communicate daily with families to share updates on their child’s progress.- Ensure the classroom and play areas are safe, clean, and meet licensing standards.- Support lead teachers in supervising children and maintaining a structured daily routine.- Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with staff members.Qualifications  - Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.- High school diploma or equivalent.- A positive, energetic, and nurturing personality.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education.Why Work With Us?  - Great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in childcare or further their education.  - Butterfly Bunch offers the TEACH Scholarship, covering 90% of your Early Childhood Education degree.  - Friendly, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and development.
