Responsibilities

• Assist in leading day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• Supervise warehouse personnel while promoting productivity, accountability, and teamwork.
• Optimize warehouse workflows and inventory management processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Partner with the Warehouse Manager to drive operational improvements and meet customer demands.
• Coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and distribution activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience within the food manufacturing or food distribution industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent time management abilities.
• Experience managing inventory, warehouse operations, and employee performance.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
