This position earns a competitive wage of $17 - $19/hr, depending on experience. You also enjoy great benefits and perks, including good staffing ratios and opportunities for professional growth (we love promoting from within!). DAY-TO-DAY

Each shift, your journey begins by picking up our cherished residents, ready to embark on exciting group outings or accompany them to important medical appointments. As you navigate the scenic routes of Castle Pines, you become not just their driver, but their trusted companion, sharing stories, laughter, and joy. You're more than a chauffeur; you're a lifeline, bringing comfort and fulfillment to our residents.

REQUIREMENTS

• Compassion and empathy for seniors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and schedule multiple requests efficiently
• A good driving record
• Experience driving a 12-passenger bus
